Private AI for companies
ChatGPT for your company. On your own servers.
Your teams get an AI assistant that knows your documents, respects your permissions and runs where your data already lives. Not in someone else's cloud.
- Your cloud or on-premise
- Sign-in with your company accounts
- Model of your choice

The problem
Your people already use AI. Just not yours.
Shadow AI
Staff paste contracts and customer data into public chat tools, because there is nothing better at work.
Data leaves the house
With public tools nobody controls where prompts and files end up or who can read them.
No company knowledge
A generic chatbot does not know your products, processes or documents. So it guesses.
What your teams get
One assistant for the whole company.
1Ask
Answers from your own documents.
The assistant searches your guidelines, contracts and manuals and shows the source of every answer.
- Sources on every answer
- Says clearly when it does not know
- Works in many languages

2Control
Everyone sees only what they may.
Access follows your groups. Sales sees sales documents, HR sees HR documents, and admins decide who uses which assistant.
- Sign-in through your identity provider
- Permissions per group
- Every action logged

3Extend
From chat to agents.
Once the assistant runs, add agents that do work: summarise documents, draft answers or prepare reports.
- Agents per team
- Your tools connected
- Human approval where it matters

Model selection
A model from a large provider, a model hosted in your region or an open model on your own hardware.

Frequently asked questions
What is private AI?
Private AI means an AI assistant that runs in your own cloud tenant or on your own servers. Documents, prompts and answers stay in your environment, and access follows your company accounts.
How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise?
ChatGPT Enterprise runs in the provider's cloud with the provider's models. With FlowHive.ai you choose where it runs and which model it uses, and you can switch the model later without changing how people work.
Can it run fully on-premise?
Yes. FlowHive.ai can run on your own servers with an open model on your own hardware. We help size the hardware for your use case.
Which models can we use?
A model from a large provider, a model hosted in your region or an open model you run yourself. We decide this together per use case.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of users, the infrastructure and the model. After a first call we propose a pilot with a fixed price.
How long until the first team uses it?
A pilot for one team usually takes weeks, not months. Connecting your sign-in and the first documents is the main work.
