FlowHive.ai by JadenX
AI agents that run inside your own infrastructure.
FlowHive.ai lets your teams build, run, schedule and supervise AI agents in a dedicated instance in your cloud tenant or your own data center. Your identity, your data, your models, your rules.

The problem
Most AI platforms ask you to give up control first.
Company knowledge goes into someone else's cloud. People sign in through someone else's identity system. An agent can see more than the person who uses it. And the bill arrives as one number that nobody can break down by department. For many companies, that ends the project before it starts.
- Data leaves the company
- Agents ignore who may see what
- Costs that nobody can attribute
Product tour
A look inside FlowHive.ai.
Work with agents in chat
Teams ask questions in plain language. Answers cite their sources, name the expert who reviewed them and show the credits each reply used.

Build agents in Agent Studio
Builders set the model, the instructions and the limits of an agent in a structured form. They test the draft through the same path production uses, before anyone else sees it.

Capture what experts know
A voice agent interviews an expert and proposes knowledge items. A reviewer accepts, edits or rejects each item next to what was actually said, before it becomes searchable.

Decide who may use which agent
Grant an agent to a group or to the whole workspace. Check any person to see whether they can reach it, and why.

See spend and runs at a glance
Each workspace shows its spend for the period, the runs of the day and the agents that need attention. Credit caps keep every team inside its budget.

Supervise work on a shared board
Agents and people work on one board. Items that need a human review wait in their own column, so nothing goes out unchecked.

How it works
From your infrastructure to a supervised agent in four steps.
- 1
Deploy in your infrastructure
Every company gets its own FlowHive.ai instance in its own environment, in your cloud tenant or on-premises. There is no shared multi-tenant deployment.
- 2
Connect identity and groups
People sign in through your identity provider with your existing SSO. Your groups sync into FlowHive.ai, and you grant agents, tools and knowledge sources to groups.
- 3
Build and test agents
In Agent Studio, builders configure an agent in a structured form with AI help, then test the draft through the same path production uses, with trace and cost per step.
- 4
Run and supervise
Teams work with agents in chat, on schedules and on a shared work board. Agents can delegate to other agents within ceilings you set.
Why FlowHive.ai
Built for companies that want AI agents without losing control.
Your instance, your infrastructure
The deployment is the tenant. Infrastructure and model usage run in your environment, so the model bill is yours to see, without a hidden markup.
Your models, your region
You choose which models FlowHive.ai uses and where they are processed. The processing location is shown, and a model processed outside your chosen region carries a clear notice.
Agents act as the person
Access resolves as the person who asks. An agent only reaches the tools and sources that person may use, and a citation never exposes a document they cannot open.
Knowledge capture by voice
A voice agent interviews an expert and proposes what it learns. A human reviews each item before it is indexed, and the item cites the person, not a file name.
Budgets per workspace
Workspaces and members get credit caps, so one department cannot burn the whole model budget. Finance can see what each team spent on inference.
Traceable and isolated
Every run is traced with its steps, tokens and cost. Code that agents run executes in a sandbox with no network egress.

Frequently asked questions
What is FlowHive.ai?
FlowHive.ai is a platform for building, running, scheduling and supervising AI agents. It runs as a dedicated instance inside your company's own infrastructure.
Where does FlowHive.ai run?
In your own infrastructure: your cloud tenant or your own data center. Each company gets its own single-tenant instance, and FlowHive.ai is not tied to one cloud provider.
Where are our data and prompts processed?
Your data stays in your environment. You choose the models and where they are processed. FlowHive.ai shows the processing location, and models processed outside your chosen region are marked with a notice.
How do sign-in and permissions work?
People sign in through your identity provider with your existing SSO. Access is managed through groups, and an agent always acts with the rights of the person who uses it.
How does knowledge capture work?
A voice agent interviews an expert about a chosen topic and proposes knowledge items. A human reviews each item before it becomes searchable, and accepted items cite the expert.
